  • Direct Communication - Information provided via email, phone, or face-to-face interactions.

3. Communication & WhatsApp

We use various communication methods to keep families informed:

  • Email and SMS - Used for administrative updates, billing, and important notices.
  • WhatsApp Groups - Used for quick, class-specific updates.

By providing your mobile number, you acknowledge that your number may be visible to other parents within these private groups.

4. Media and Photography

We may capture photos or videos during classes or events to celebrate student achievements. These may be used in:

  • Internal communications (e.g., newsletters, parent updates).
  • Official College website and social media platforms.

5. Data Security & Storage

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.
